v0.3.0 Sneak peek #5

Hello there!
It's been a little moment since the last devlog. Because I was busy with other work.
But I finished these things:
- Chapter 0 is almost complete
- Command console
- A base system for guns (for future chapters)
Currently making:
- SCP-939 (but they will not have a model any soon. In v0.3.0 they are just billboarding images)
- Jumpscare events
- Health and death system
- Stamina system
- Crouching system
